Delivery time to the UK: 2-4 business days

UK Shipping, VAT, and Import Information

Although LIFEBUOYS24.COM ships all orders from Germany, we are registered with HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) and have a valid UK VAT number. This means that orders with a total value of up to £135 can be processed under the VAT Registration Scheme. In these cases, we charge the UK VAT of 20%, which is already included in the purchase price.

For our UK customers, this means no additional customs fees, import duties, or import VAT—the price you see is the price you pay.

For orders over £135, we ship under Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Your order will still be delivered free of charge, fully cleared through customs and with all taxes paid. Again, there are no extra fees for customs, duties, or import VAT.

In short: every order to the UK is free shipping, fully tax-compliant with HMRC, and hassle-free, regardless of order size.
